What You’ll Be Doing:<br />
Own and close complex deals in the mid-market and enterprise segments.<br />
•<br />
Lead multi-threaded deals with CXOs and senior stakeholders.<br />
•<br />
Execute strategic outbound motions alongside inbound opportunities.<br />
•<br />
Leverage MEDDPICC, SPICED, Value Prompter, or similar methodologies for high-impact discovery and deal progression.<br />
•<br />
Articulate clear ROI and business value during sales conversations.<br />
•<br />
Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to feedback learnings from the field.</div>

<div>Expected Outcomes (First 60 Days):<br />
•<br />
Deep understanding of our product, ICP, and competitive landscape.<br />
•<br />
Ownership of sales pipeline with qualified mid-market/enterprise opportunities.<br />
•<br />
Execute at least 5 high-quality, multi-threaded demos/discoveries weekly.<br />
•<br />
Progress multiple deals to late-stage pipeline using structured sales process.<br />
What We’re Looking For:<br />
•<br />
3+ years of experience SaaS sales closing experience into mid-market or enterprise accounts<br />
•<br />
Deep customer-first mindset—you advocate for their success before your own.<br />
•<br />
Proven experience running multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals with CXOs.<br />
•<br />
Strong command on consultative approach and value-based selling.<br />
•<br />
Experience selling into US and/or UK markets.<br />
•<br />
Track record of consistent quota attainment and sales excellence.<br />
•<br />
Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), sales enablement tools and other sales platforms.</div>
