Job Summary

The Cyber Security Lead Analyst - Risk and Compliance will play a critical role in enhancing the security of Digital Workplace environments. This position is responsible for conducting risk analyses, implementing security recommendations, and managing vulnerabilities to ensure compliance with the organization's guidelines. The role aims to protect the integrity of systems and data while working closely with project management and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk analysis on digital environments and provide recommendations to project management and architecture teams regarding security constraints.
• Present risks to business stakeholders for acceptance and define necessary mitigation measures.
• Draft Project Application Security Framework (PASF) documents for outsourced services and manage penetration testing activities.
• Resolve security incidents on managed perimeters and monitor vulnerabilities therein.
• Develop security specifications for new projects and solutions, and document security rules and Security Standards and Assurance Plans (SSAP) for external services and contractors.
• Perform recurrent risk reviews and sensitivity assessments to ensure compliance and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security and Risk Management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with MS Exchange/IronPort and MS Windows administration and hardening.
  • Experience with various O365 products in risk assessment scenarios.
  • Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001/27005, NIST, CIS, and EBIOS.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying risks effectively to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management skills are an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization, cloud services (especially Azure), and end-user computing.

Experience

8-12 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, with a strong focus on risk analysis and compliance.

Environment

Location: Bangalore (virtual work environment, involves remote collaboration)

Salary

26.53 LPA including margins.
