

Sales Programme Manager
Opportunity
looking for a Sales Programme Manager to work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and support the design, execution, and tracking of strategic sales and revenue initiatives. This role is ideal for a high-potential professional from a premier management institute with 2–4 years of experience, who can bring structure, analytics, and execution rigor to sales programmes across regions and channels.
The Sales Programme Manager will act as a central coordination point across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other support functions, ensuring timely execution, performance tracking, and governance of CRO-led initiatives.
Specific Responsibilities:
Support planning and execution of CRO-driven sales and revenue programmes including growth initiatives, incentive schemes, market development programmes, and product launches
Translate revenue priorities into clear action plans, timelines, trackers, and dashboards
Track performance of sales programmes across regions, channels, and teams; highlight risks, gaps, and corrective actions
Act as a coordination anchor between the CRO’s office and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT
Prepare structured MIS, dashboards, and leadership presentations for business reviews with the CRO and senior management
Follow up on action items, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely and effective execution
Support sales planning, pipeline reviews, and forecasting exercises through data analysis and insights
Capture feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to continuously improve programme design and execution effectiveness
Skills/Requirements
MBA / PGDM from premier institutes
2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, revenue operations, or commercial roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High learning agility, ownership mindset, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of CRM systems and performance dashboards (SAP / Salesforce etc.)
