Product Manager

Job Summary

The Product Manager will apply their product and technical expertise to shape innovative solutions in the travel technology sector. This role focuses on collaboration across teams to contribute to the development and delivery of impactful products, while also defining and managing the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes; may mentor Specialists or Senior Specialists.
• Evaluate complex challenges with broad implications, improving processes and recommending practical solutions and risk mitigation strategies.
• Operate autonomously while aligning with management direction; contribute to or guide cross-functional projects.
• Communicate and develop value propositions and key messages based on identified challenges, translating them into new product concepts or enhancements.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment of timelines with stakeholders and coordination with Product Marketing Management, Operations, and Research & Development (R&D) teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in defining product strategy, long-term goals, and business value in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Skilled in evaluating market solutions and strategically positioning products.
• Comfortable collaborating with third-party partners and internal teams to ensure consistent product development.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies, including participation in Lean Portfolio Management, Program Increment (PI) planning, and system demos.
• Proficient in coordinating functional and technical streams to ensure end-to-end solution consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering).

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in a relevant discipline) preferred.
• Experience in the travel technology industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in product management or a related field.
