Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to design, build, and implement enterprise-grade Forecasting and Predictive Modeling solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for leveraging data-driven insights. Exposure to Generative AI (Gen AI) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of AI/ML solutions for forecasting and predictive modeling.
• Model Development: Build, train, and optimize machine learning models (time series forecasting, regression, classification, deep learning).
• Data Engineering: Collaborate with data teams to ensure scalable, high-quality data pipelines for model training and deployment.
• Gen AI Implementation (Good to Have): Explore and integrate Generative AI techniques for advanced insights and automation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure models meet accuracy, scalability, and performance standards; implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and ML engineers in best practices and solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 10–16 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in AI/ML solutioning.
• Strong expertise in Forecasting techniques (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, XGBoost, etc.) and Predictive Modeling.
• Proficiency in Python/R, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, data lakes, big data technologies).
• Knowledge of MLOps for model deployment and monitoring.
• Exposure to Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Generative AI techniques and their applications.
