Lead Creative and Design for Setu. Help with ideation of concepts & ideas • These include : Brand Guidelines, Brand Campaigns, Performance Marketing Creatives, BTL Activations, Packaging, UI/UX, Product Photoshoots, Video Content Shoots, Website/Amazon PDP/A+ assets etc. • Custodian of all Brand Guidelines across all assets • Work with the digital team on all types of assets; statics, videos, banners/posters, brochures/pamphlets, website UI/UX etc. Lead production of live action and motion graphic videos • Lead and mentor creative team; lead the design operations and manage the workload and feedback loop with internal and external teams. Ensure productivity & work output by imparting required training and leading discussions on designs.
