<ul> <li>Scoping out using primary and secondary research which segment of scrap could be tackled in what manner &amp; plan of action for the same in terms of the problem &amp; solution. This could involve direct buysell, stock &amp; sell, stock process &amp; sell.&nbsp;</li> <li>Developing relationships directly with yards to have consistent supply &amp; quality of scrap</li> <li>Working closely with P&amp;L leaders in different regions to ensure correct demand planning &amp; pricing to ensure maximum sales &amp; margins.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensuring smooth management of working capital to ensure maximum capital turns to get maximum return on capital</li> <li>Working closely with the operations team to ensure all import documentation is done as per best practices.</li> <li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in a relevant Engg Field. A relevant Masters or an MBA is a big plus.&nbsp;</li> <li>5+ years of relevant experience in the metal scrap domain</li> <li>Experience of visiting yards &amp; sourcing directly</li> <li>Experience of starting up or working with startups is a plus</li> </ul>
