Job Summary

The SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central Consultant will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining the Employee Central module, implementing efficient HR business processes, troubleshooting system issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central module to meet organizational needs.
  • Implement HR business processes associated with Employee Central and Payroll modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Develop and update documentation for configuration and processes within the system.
  • Support end-users with training and guidance on system navigation and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-9 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central configuration and development.
  • Strong understanding of HR functional processes and their implementation in SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules.
  • Familiarity with data migration strategies in SuccessFactors.
  • Previous experience in process improvement initiatives.

Experience

  • A minimum of 6-9 years in a relevant role focused on SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central.
