Profitability Calculation: o Analyze brand profitability based on Terms of Trade (TOT) and report findings to senior management for informed decision-making. 3. Financial Reporting: o Develop and present comprehensive profitability statements, offering insights into financial trends and performance metrics. 4. Internal Control Assessment: o Review and strengthen internal controls regarding budgeting, costing, and overall financial governance. 5. Purchase Order Oversight: o Approve rates for purchase orders in alignment with agreed TOT, ensuring financial compliance and accuracy.
