Invested in People Development:<br /> - Foster a culture of continuous learning and career progression within the team.<br /> - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.<br /> 2. Business Acumen:<br /> - Demonstrate a strong understanding of running Profit and Loss (P&amp;L)<br /> - Drive revenue generation through effective upselling, cross-selling, and key account management<br /> strategies.<br /> 3. Operational Excellence:<br /> - Strategize for scale and long-term success by optimizing systems, processes, and standardization efforts.<br /> - Evaluate the effectiveness of online vs. offline educational delivery methods and make informed<br /> decisions accordingly.<br /> 4. Pedagogical Expertise:<br /> - Possess a deep understanding of curriculums, assessments, and best practices in the domain of<br /> pedagogy.<br /> - Ensure alignment of educational initiatives with pedagogical principles and standards.<br /> 5. Product Knowledge:<br /> - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our educational products and services.<br /> - Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and contribute to product enhancements.<br /> Skill &amp; Will<br /> Must Have &bull; Experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on<br /> fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.<br /> &bull; Willingness to work in the field and travel as required to support<br /> educational initiatives.<br /> &bull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building<br /> relationships and providing product consultations to key<br /> stakeholders.<br /> &bull; Ability to gather, analyze, and leverage market and competitor<br /> intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.</div> <div>Knowledge, Experience &amp; Qualification<br /> 1.
