Job Summary

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is crucial in enhancing the organization’s capabilities through effective utilization of Dynamics 365 functionalities and integration with other systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other applications and services.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Maintain documentation related to solutions, processes, and integrations.
• Assist in the training of users to ensure proper utilization of Dynamics 365 features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization.
• Strong experience with integration processes and tools, particularly within Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of languages like C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate certification.
• Experience with Power Platform and other Microsoft technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience

6-7 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and integration.

Environment

This position is based in Bangalore, India. The work environment may be hybrid, combining both in-office and remote work as needed.
