Job Summary

The Fulfilment Executive plays a crucial role in managing inter-lane business operations, focusing on vehicle placement, freight rate negotiations, and fostering relationships with local fleet owners and transporters. This position is essential for ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain management, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inter-lane business operations with large vehicles, ensuring optimal logistics solutions.
  • Negotiate freight rates and oversee vehicle (trucks) placement to maximize efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain connections with local fleet owners and transporters to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track escalations to closure, ensuring effective problem resolution.
  • Engage with existing system integrators in the KNX lighting control business for channel management.
  • Work closely with Schneider Electric's sales and technical teams on various projects, focusing on supplier management.
  • Participate in business development activities to foster new system integrator development in the southern region.
  • Generate leads and close sales in both residential and commercial segments, building strong connections with architects for SE Lighting Controls products.
  • Travel across the southern region as required.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in the Full Truck Load (FTL) business.
  • Strong business acumen and self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of the southern region and its logistics landscape; proficiency in the local language is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of integrity and ethics.
  • Proven ability to take ownership, execute tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and logical reasoning.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with lighting control systems and related technologies.
  • Experience in channel management and supplier relationship management.

Experience

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in the FTL business, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.

Environment

  • The position is based in Navi Mumbai or Bangalore, with a full-time work schedule in an office setting.
