Product Owner

Job Summary

The Product Owner will be responsible for defining the vision for products, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful implementation. This role contributes to the alignment of product development with customer needs and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Prioritize product backlogs and manage development sprints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the development team, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and expectations.
• Monitor product progress and performance metrics post-launch.
• Conduct stakeholder reviews and provide updates on product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends and user needs.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Experience in software development processes is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar credentials.
• Experience with UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor product performance.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner or in a related role.
