Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who specializes in US Healthcare to lead projects effectively within our dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns that arise.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: A relevant bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in Project Management or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, specifically in the US Healthcare domain.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project), Agile methodologies, and regulatory standards relevant to healthcare.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities; ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare systems and compliance standards (HIPAA, HITECH).
• Experience in leading large, complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in healthcare.

Experience

• A minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in project management, with a focus on US Healthcare projects.

Environment

• Location: This position is based in Hyderabad/Chennai.
• Work Setting: In-office, with potential for hybrid arrangements depending on project needs.

Interview Mode

• The interview will consist of a second round conducted in person (Face-to-Face).
