Job Summary

The Service Now Developer plays a pivotal role in leveraging Service Now capabilities to enhance IT operations, focusing on IT Operations Management (ITOM), network discovery, troubleshooting, and effective service portal management. This role involves integrating various services, contributing to the organization's goal of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using Service Now to support ITOM processes.
• Conduct network discovery and enhance troubleshooting processes to ensure optimal functioning.
• Design and manage custom Service Portals to improve user experiences.
• Integrate Service Now with other applications and services, enhancing overall functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Service Now applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Service Now development, with a strong emphasis on ITOM.
• Proficient in network discovery and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in designing and managing Service Portals.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate Service Now with third-party applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience in reporting and dashboard creation within Service Now.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years in ServiceNow development and implementation, focusing on ITOM and service integrations.

Environment

• This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.

Salary

• Budgeted at 1.1 lakhs per month plus GST.
