Job Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will develop a business sales plan for individual customers, focusing on Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) to grow the business. You will set appropriate short-term objectives for customer calls and work towards achieving long-term goals. Additionally, you will execute territory business plans for the product mix to achieve and surpass sales objectives in the selected division.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned HCPs and pharmacy stores on a daily basis.
- Scan the environment in a given territory to identify and establish channels for increasing access to products.
- Position the brands using strategic inputs, promotional activities recommended by marketing, and based on market intelligence.
- Manage forecasting and inventory at the distributor level.
- Follow company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all internal and external business activities.
- Prepare and execute a business plan aligned with territory performance and the strategic objectives of the company.
