Job Description
He / she will be responsible for the Retail AAUM/AUM targets & profitability for their region
and increasing the Market share.
• He / she will be required to formulate and devise strategies for his / her Region and Action
plans to maximize sales by creating a responsible Sales team.
• Responsible to achieve the targets as set by his / her reporting Manager which may change
from time to time and would be communicated as decided by the Management.
• To follow up and manage Retail Sales team of all units of the region to ensure targets are
delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual
recognition.
• He / she is required to collate the market information such as competitor activities &
initiatives and analyze the same with the help of Sales teams to pre-empt its impact on the
business.
• He / she must specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting
market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Responsible for ensuring all team members are fully equipped with relevant functional and
behavioral competencies about product /market positioning/compliance guidelines/ market
dynamics and build a skill repository to cascade the information down across all levels.
• Lead the top management meeting of Key customers to ensure strong relationship and
remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction.
• Build effectiveness of Customer servicing quality across the Region and set internal
benchmarks.
