Job Description

Key Responsibilities ● Lead Acquisition: Drive growth via performance marketing across Meta, Google, influencers, affiliates, and more—optimising for CAC and LTV. ● Own Organic & Social: Manage SEO, content, PR and social media strategy to grow organic reach and engagement. ● Drive Creative & Ads: Shape creative strategy and execution for paid campaigns, ensuring high-performing, insight-led content. ● Build the Brand: Oversee packaging, influencer campaigns, brand projects, and maintain design + communication guidelines. ● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with retention, CX, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency across the customer journey. ● Support Functions: Provide content/design support for internal teams; lead key brand campaigns and product launches. ● Team & Agency Management: Lead internal teams and creative partners to deliver results aligned with business goals.
