As part of this strategic expansion, MOPE is seeking a dynamic Business Head / CEO to lead one of its upcoming or existing investments in the Auto Aftermarket space. This is a transformational leadership opportunity to build and scale a high-potential platform in a fast-evolving industry.

The Business Head will be responsible for end-to-end business leadership—owning P&L, shaping strategic direction, and driving operational excellence to achieve scalable and sustainable growth.

Ideal Candidate profile -

- 15 -20 years of experience in Auto Components or Organized Aftermarket sectors
- Proven track record of leading a business or large division with full P&L ownership.
- Strong strategic and execution mindset—ability to scale operations and build brands in competitive markets.
- Entrepreneurial orientation with deep understanding of distribution, service, and customer networks.
- Strong leadership presence, commercial acumen, and ability to build value creation roadmaps.
