Our founding team consists of IITD/B graduates with a strong technical prowess and a solid background in the ed-tech market, having experience in companies like Rubrik, Kearney, FrontRow, and Scaler. Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Founding Full-Stack Developer to join our core team. This role is pivotal in shaping our AI-powered educational platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development and deployment of our product, working closely with our founding team to revolutionize education using AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React.js.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure to ensure seamless performance.
• Implement and manage database systems.
• Design and integrate APIs for seamless data flow between system components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in React.js and front-end development.
• Experience with AWS Infrastructure and cloud services.
• Knowledge of Database Management such as Supabase, Firebase.
• Familiarity with API Integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI-driven applications.
• Understanding of educational technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development. Experience in the ed-tech sector is a plus.

Environment

The role is based in our Bangalore office. It requires working in a collaborative, dynamic startup environment. The position is full-time, and the candidate should be ready to start immediately.
