Job Description
Marketplace Key Account
Location: Mumbai — Lower Parel (In-Office)
Experience: 2–5 Years (Amazon operations experience is a must)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Nutrova
Nutrova is a science-first nutrition company, trusted by consumers and healthcare professionals
alike. Our products are clinically studied, third-party tested, and built on the belief that evidence
should drive health decisions. We are a fast-growing D2C brand with a strong presence across
leading e-commerce marketplaces — and we're looking for someone who can own the
operational engine that keeps it all running.
Role Overview
As Marketplace Operations Executive, you will own the day-to-day operations of Nutrova's
presence on Amazon and Nykaa (with exposure to other platforms). This is a high-ownership,
detail-first role for someone who notices issues before they become escalations, thrives on
process, and takes pride in keeping the marketplace engine clean and efficient.
What You'll Own
Account Health & Compliance
• Own day-to-day Account Health monitoring — policy warnings, suppressed listings, and
compliance issues — and drive closure via cases and escalations.
• Ensure marketplace hygiene: product compliance, claims, documentation, and category
guideline adherence.
• Track and reduce operational defects: cancellations, customer complaints, and rating
hygiene (as applicable).
Cataloging & Listing Hygiene
• Manage listing health across marketplaces: titles, bullets, attributes, variation structures,
image compliance, and backend keywords.
• Handle catalog changes via flat files — troubleshoot errors and ensure correct parent-
child mapping.
• Coordinate A+ content updates, creative swaps, brand store updates, and content version
control.
Pricing & Promotions Execution
• Execute pricing updates and parity checks; ensure changes don't break promotions or
suppress the Buy Box.
• Set up and track coupons and deals as applicable; validate that promotions reflect
correctly post go-live.
Operational Excellence (Amazon-Heavy)• Own FBA hygiene: stranded inventory checks, inbound tracking, reconciliation support,
and returns/removals coordination.
• Maintain trackers for key operational items: listing changes log, issue log, promo calendar,
content tracker, and escalation tracker.
Process & Reporting
• Build and run SOPs and checklists for daily and weekly ops tasks.
• Deliver a weekly ops scorecard covering account health status, suppressed ASINs, key
fixes completed, pending escalations, and risks.
What You Should Be Good At
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (Nykaa portal experience is a
plus).
• Strong understanding of listing suppression, compliance workflows, case management,
and catalog troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with flat files, bulk uploads, and backend attribute logic.
• High ownership and detail orientation — you notice issues before they become
escalations.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets: trackers, checks, and basic formulas.
Good to Have
• Experience with Brand Registry, A+ Content Manager, and Brand Store.
• Exposure to regulated or nutraceutical/health categories.
• Ability to coordinate with designers or agencies to execute creatives quickly and
accurately.
What We Offer
• A high-ownership role with direct impact on business outcomes.
• Collaborative, transparent work culture at a science-driven brand.
• Opportunity to grow within a scaling D2C company.
• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
Interested candidates may send their CV to the recruitment agency contact provided.
