We are a fast-growing D2C brand with a strong presence across<br /> leading e-commerce marketplaces — and we're looking for someone who can own the<br /> operational engine that keeps it all running.<br /> Role Overview<br /> As Marketplace Operations Executive, you will own the day-to-day operations of Nutrova's<br /> presence on Amazon and Nykaa (with exposure to other platforms). This is a high-ownership,<br /> detail-first role for someone who notices issues before they become escalations, thrives on<br /> process, and takes pride in keeping the marketplace engine clean and efficient.<br /> What You'll Own<br /> Account Health & Compliance<br /> • Own day-to-day Account Health monitoring — policy warnings, suppressed listings, and<br /> compliance issues — and drive closure via cases and escalations.<br /> • Ensure marketplace hygiene: product compliance, claims, documentation, and category<br /> guideline adherence.<br /> • Track and reduce operational defects: cancellations, customer complaints, and rating<br /> hygiene (as applicable).<br /> Cataloging & Listing Hygiene<br /> • Manage listing health across marketplaces: titles, bullets, attributes, variation structures,<br /> image compliance, and backend keywords.<br /> • Handle catalog changes via flat files — troubleshoot errors and ensure correct parent-<br /> child mapping.<br /> • Coordinate A+ content updates, creative swaps, brand store updates, and content version<br /> control.<br /> Pricing & Promotions Execution<br /> • Execute pricing updates and parity checks; ensure changes don't break promotions or<br /> suppress the Buy Box.<br /> • Set up and track coupons and deals as applicable; validate that promotions reflect<br /> correctly post go-live.<br /> Operational Excellence (Amazon-Heavy)• Own FBA hygiene: stranded inventory checks, inbound tracking, reconciliation support,<br /> and returns/removals coordination.<br /> • Maintain trackers for key operational items: listing changes log, issue log, promo calendar,<br /> content tracker, and escalation tracker.<br /> Process & Reporting<br /> • Build and run SOPs and checklists for daily and weekly ops tasks.<br /> • Deliver a weekly ops scorecard covering account health status, suppressed ASINs, key<br /> fixes completed, pending escalations, and risks.<br /> What You Should Be Good At<br /> • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (Nykaa portal experience is a<br /> plus).<br /> • Strong understanding of listing suppression, compliance workflows, case management,<br /> and catalog troubleshooting.<br /> • Comfortable with flat files, bulk uploads, and backend attribute logic.<br /> • High ownership and detail orientation — you notice issues before they become<br /> escalations.<br /> • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets: trackers, checks, and basic formulas.<br /> Good to Have<br /> • Experience with Brand Registry, A+ Content Manager, and Brand Store.<br /> • Exposure to regulated or nutraceutical/health categories.<br /> • Ability to coordinate with designers or agencies to execute creatives quickly and<br /> accurately.<br /> What We Offer<br /> • A high-ownership role with direct impact on business outcomes.<br /> • Collaborative, transparent work culture at a science-driven brand.<br /> • Opportunity to grow within a scaling D2C company.<br /> • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.<br /> Interested candidates may send their CV to the recruitment agency contact provided.
