Visual Merchandising (VM) &amp; Branding<br /> - Lead on-ground execution of all VM elements including fixtures, props, mannequins, backlits, standees, window installations, and in-store branding.<br /> - Coordinate production and installation of branding materials such as vinyls, acrylics, danglers, shelf strips, and display collaterals.<br /> - Ensure execution aligns with brand guidelines and visual language across store locations.<br /> - Manage vendor network for fabrication and installation of VM and branding elements.<br /> - Conduct regular store audits to ensure consistent upkeep of visual standards as per planograms.<br /> - Own product-related VM deployment across MBO (Multi Brand Outlet) formats, ensuring planogram adherence, rotation of key SKUs, brand blocking, and merchandising consistency, in collaboration with brand teams and store operations.</div> <div>&nbsp;2. Project Execution Management<br /> - Handle complete execution of external and internal signage including fascia signs, lightboxes, wayfinding, and promotional signage.<br /> - Liaise with malls and property managers for signage approvals and compliance.<br /> - Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and site installation coordination.<br /> - Ensure all signage formats align with brand identity and design intent.<br /> - Coordinate with internal design, PMC (Project Management Company), and brand teams to ensure alignment across deliverables and timelines.<br /> - Track progress against work schedules, manage vendor timelines, and resolve on-site challenges during execution.<br /> - Maintain execution documentation including daily reports, installation checklists, and snag lists.</div> <div>Skills &amp; Requirements</div> <div>- 2&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in retail VM, branding production, signage, or project execution.<br /> - Deep understanding of materials used for props, mannequins, signage, and branding (e.g., acrylic, MDF, vinyls, flex).<br /> - Strong vendor management and coordination skills.<br /> - Ability to manage multiple sites and travel for short-term execution.<br /> - Strong eye for detail and alignment with premium/lifestyle brand aesthetics.</div> <div>&nbsp;Good to Have<br /> - Prior experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.<br /> - Familiarity with brand/mall approval and compliance processes.<br /> - Working knowledge of basic layout drawings or graphic files (PDFs, CDRs, AI files).</div>
