<p>Do you have a passion for beauty and the drive to scale operations for a fast-growing brand? <strong>Gush Beauty</strong> is looking for a dynamic, young professional with <strong>2-3 years of experience</strong> in consulting or analytics, along with an understanding of finance, operations, or marketplace management, to join our <strong>Founder&#39;s Office team</strong>.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the Founder&rsquo;s Right Hand - Provide strategic support and manage high-priority projects to drive Gush Beauty&rsquo;s vision forward.</li> <li>Growth Strategy and Execution - Develop and execute growth strategies across digital marketing, partnerships, and product initiatives.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to implement campaigns that boost customer acquisition and retention.</li> <li>Partnership Development - Identify and build strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, and other brands to expand Gush Beauty&rsquo;s reach. Negotiate and coordinate partnership agreements to drive mutual growth and value creation.</li> <li>Project Management - Manage and execute high-priority projects to fuel growth. Work cross-functionally to align resources, meet deadlines, and proactively troubleshoot obstacles to ensure success.</li> <li>Experimentation and Innovation - Run and analyze A/B tests and pilot initiatives to discover new growth opportunities.
