Job Description
<div>Key Responsibilities<br />
1. Employee Development<br />
a. Develop and implement employee development programs and training<br />
b. Identify skills gaps and create strategies to address them.<br />
c. Design and facilitate leadership development programs for top performers.<br />
Collaborate with department heads to identify and groom future leaders.<br />
d. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development<br />
initiatives.</div>
<div>2. Employee Relations and Engagement<br />
a. Foster a positive employee relations environment, addressing employee<br />
concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.<br />
b. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance<br />
workplace morale and job satisfaction<br />
c. Monitor and analyse employee feedback and implement necessary changes<br />
to improve employee satisfaction<br />
3. Talent Acquisition and retention<br />
a. Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into<br />
the company culture</div>
<div>4. HR Analytics<br />
a. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for key stakeholders<br />
including senior management and HR leadership<br />
b. Present data driven insights in a clear and compelling manner, facilitating<br />
data driven discussion and decision making processes.<br />
c. Assist in developing strategies to optimize workforce productivity and<br />
enhance employee experience.<br />
5. Performance Management and Development<br />
a. Implement and manage performance management systems to track<br />
employee progress and development<br />
b. Work with managers to develop employee performance improvement plans<br />
when necessary<br />
c. Design and oversee employee development programs to enhance skills and<br />
competencies.</div>
