Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Development
a. Develop and implement employee development programs and training
b. Identify skills gaps and create strategies to address them.
c. Design and facilitate leadership development programs for top performers.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and groom future leaders.
d. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development
initiatives.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
a. Foster a positive employee relations environment, addressing employee
concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
b. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance
workplace morale and job satisfaction
c. Monitor and analyse employee feedback and implement necessary changes
to improve employee satisfaction
3. Talent Acquisition and retention
a. Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into
the company culture
4. HR Analytics
a. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
including senior management and HR leadership
b. Present data driven insights in a clear and compelling manner, facilitating
data driven discussion and decision making processes.
c. Assist in developing strategies to optimize workforce productivity and
enhance employee experience.
5. Performance Management and Development
a. Implement and manage performance management systems to track
employee progress and development
b. Work with managers to develop employee performance improvement plans
when necessary
c. Design and oversee employee development programs to enhance skills and
competencies.
