Job Summary

As the Cluster Head Middle-Mile, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the e-commerce logistics landscape for Meesho. You will be responsible for onboarding and training partners, managing operations across the Rajasthan cluster, and driving key operational metrics through regular facility visits and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and training of new partners for Middle Mile operations.
• Identify and continuously onboard new partners onto the network.
• Track and manage the performance of partners in your cluster.
• Conduct facility visits for audits and to address operational gaps.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and standards.
• Drive and achieve key operational metrics and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, specifically in Middle Mile operations.
• Proven experience in partner onboarding and training in Middle Mile and sorting operations.
• Familiarity with operations in the geographic area of responsibility is preferred.
• Experience in control tower and field operations is a plus.

Experience

The position will involve travel within the Rajasthan cluster to partner facilities, working in a dynamic, fast-paced e-commerce environment with a focus on operational excellence.
