Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant- Global HR
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Global HR to join our remote freelance team. This role requires a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions for clients. The consultant will play a vital role in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Global HR solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in at least 2 full-cycle, end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Global HR, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Provide deep functional expertise in Global HR and Onboarding modules, including Journeys, Enterprise/Workforce Structures, and Onboarding Processes.
- Deliver technical solutions using HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), SQL, Fast Formula, Workflow, and Personalization.
- Utilize advanced UI Personalization with the Redwood Experience and Visual Builder Studio.
- Manage client workshops, gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, conduct system testing, and support go-live activities.
- Oversee Oracle HCM Cloud Release Management tasks, including P2T (Production to Test) refresh operations.
- Configure and maintain Security features such as Roles, Profiles, Rules, and Security Setup.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle global HR implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Global HR, Onboarding, Journeys, and Enterprise/Workforce Structures.
- Advanced technical skills in:
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- SQL
- Fast Formula
- Workflow and Personalization
- Redwood Experience
- Visual Builder Studio
- Expertise in Custom Flexfields and advanced UI Personalization.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud Release Management and P2T refresh.
- Knowledge of Security setup in Oracle HCM Cloud (Roles, Profiles, Rules).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BTech, BSc, or equivalent).
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Absence Management, Time & Labor, and OTBI Reports is a plus.
- Ability to engage with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum of 12 years in IT, with at least 8 years specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience in at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Global HR implementations.
- Hands-on experience managing client workshops, requirements gathering, testing, and go-live support.

Salary
