<div>Job Overview: As a Business Head/Growth Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of brand growth initiatives. You will take full ownership of marketing funnels, optimize acquisition channels, and ensure efficient campaign performance to drive brand expansion. A strong focus on data analytics, customer retention, and funnel optimization will be key to your role.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />

Develop and execute strategic growth plans, setting monthly revenue targets and quarterly projections.<br />

Strategize and expand acquisition channels while ensuring efficiency across marketing funnels.<br />
•<br />
Take full ownership of metrics like CAC, ROAS, and other funnel KPIs to drive brand growth.<br />
•<br />
Standardize detailed reporting on campaign performance and drive optimization.<br />
•<br />
Analyze data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and Shopify to optimize marketing strategies.<br />
•<br />
Collaborate to optimize the website for enhanced conversions through landing pages, widgets, and plug-ins.<br />
•<br />
Plan and execute distribution and growth strategies across D2C platforms and marketplaces.<br />
•<br />
Lead CRM execution (including WhatsApp marketing) and optimize customer touchpoints for higher engagement and retention.<br />
•<br />
Understand beauty consumer behavior and market trends to inform strategy and growth.</div>

<div>Requirements:<br />
•<br />
6+ years in growth marketing, preferably in D2C.<br />
•<br />
Proven track record in growth marketing with strong D2C experience.<br />
•<br />
Ability to take a brand from 0 to 100 and scale from 100 to 500.<br />
•<br />
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strategic planning abilities.<br />
•<br />
Expertise in campaign optimization, funnel performance, and data-driven decision-making.<br />
•<br />
Proficiency in tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, and Shopify.<br />
•<br />
Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced start-up environment.</div>
