Job Description
- Leadership mandate to oversee a centrally managed Virtual Relationship Management function comprising approximately 55–65 team members.
- The role will drive distributor engagement across Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets and facilitate business conversion and call centre management
- Target talent pool includes professionals from HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Citi, with strong process discipline and experience managing large sales/service teams.
- The position reports directly to Head Retail Sales
- Budget - Fixed: 50 LPA to 55 LPA + Variable: upto 55%
