Founded in 2021, Slovic has grown rapidly to offer a broad range of products that cater both to home-workout fans and gym environments including dumbbells, resistance bands/tubes, pull-up bars, yoga gear, swim accessories and more.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a B2B Sales professional with experience in selling products or services to gyms or gym chains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving institutional sales of Slovic merchandise, establishing long-term partnerships, and expanding our distribution footprint across fitness networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new gym partners and fitness chains for Slovic merchandise sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, procurement heads, and fitness chain decision-makers.
- Pitch Slovic products and negotiate pricing, margins, and bulk order deals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly B2B sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal operations and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery and brand visibility at partner locations.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sales strategy.
- Represent Slovic at fitness industry events, expos, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–4 years of minimum experience in B2B sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Prior experience selling to gyms or gym chains is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
