Position Business Development- Executive 3. Location TN-Chennai & Madurai, Gujrat- Bharuch & Baroda, UP 4. Years of exp Minimum 1 year into Agri sales a. Market Development: Expand market reach through partnerships with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), and other market aggregators to facilitate commercial sales of the technology. b. Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, FPOs, VLEs, and customers to ensure sustained growth and satisfaction. c. Revenue and Collection Targets: Meet or exceed revenue and collection targets through effective market development and partnership strategies. d. Training and Support: Provide training and technical assistance to partners, FPOs, VLEs, and customers to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of the technology. e. Customer Segmentation and Development: Identify and develop new customer segments to expand the technology's market presence. f. Knowledge of agricultural practices and technologies g. Understanding of Crops, challenges faced by farmers in each crop (disease, pests & treatments used), crop cycles and Agro-climatic conditions would be expected to perform the role effectively. h. Network in seeds industry would be preferred i. Work closely with cross functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies j. Strong understanding of the agri industy and its key player, Experience in lead generation 6. CTC As per Industry a. Candidate must be locationally mobile with in a region (South, East, North & West India) at least since there could be addition or changes of cities or assignment of multiple cities depending upon the business requirements. b. Strong communication skills and should work in a team c. Should speak atleast English or hindi to communicate with organisation/management.
