The Data Analytics Consultant plays a critical role in tackling complex modeling and measurement challenges within the Growth Intelligence Department. Responsibilities

• Design and develop predictive and descriptive models that align with the business growth strategy.

• Conceptualize new analytical frameworks from ambiguous business questions, guiding them through to practical implementation.

• Proactively contribute ideas, generating new analytical directions rather than merely executing predefined requests.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with machine learning techniques and a clear understanding of appropriate applications.
• Strong foundation in statistical methodologies, comfortably working with clustering, classification, and dimensionality reduction.
• Proven analytical creativity with a capacity to design models from scratch for open-ended business problems.
• Experience in translating complex quantitative work for non-technical audiences, particularly in a professional services environment.
• Proficient in using AI and generative tools as part of the analytical workflow.
• Programming experience sufficient for implementing and iterating models; familiarity with Python is favorable.
