Job Summary

The JavaScript Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality JavaScript applications. This role is essential for ensuring seamless digital marketing operations and contributes to the overall success of data-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-level JavaScript code to support web functionalities.
• Implement and troubleshoot marketing pixels, tracking tags, and data layers using TMS platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to align tagging solutions with business needs.
• Utilize browser developer tools for debugging and validation of web applications.
• Monitor and enhance digital analytics strategies using tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments to ensure project alignment and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-6 years of strong, hands-on JavaScript development experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Extensive experience with CHEQ or similar Tag Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium).
  • Proficient in implementing and troubleshooting marketing tags and tracking systems.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS as it relates to JavaScript functionality.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work with tools like JIRA or Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in JavaScript development and digital analytics.

Environment

• Work Mode: Hybrid (combination of office and remote working).
• Location: Pan India.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹16 LPA to ₹18 LPA.
