Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in the semiconductor industry to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Salesforce in areas related to accounting, contracts, sales, leads, and associated modules. This is a critical role supporting our business operations with robust, scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and related technologies.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams from accounting, sales, and contract management to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and quality across Salesforce modules relevant to semiconductor operations.
• Support system integration, upgrades, and migration efforts as required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in the Semiconductor industry working with modules like Sales, Leads, Contracts, and Accounting.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Visualforce).
• Experience in deploying and managing third-party Salesforce integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience

• 6+ years total Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in the Semiconductor industry.

Environment

• Remote work environment based in India.
