Experience:

• Proven experience as a MongoDB Database Administrator or in a similar role.
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas replication, sharding, and clustering.
• Experience with database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and database design.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of MongoDB architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
• Familiarity with database monitoring tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of security best practices and data protection regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications:
• MongoDB Certified DBA Associate or Professional certification is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in database management or cloud services are desirable.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud-based MongoDB solutions (e.g., MongoDB Atlas).
• Experience with other NoSQL databases and technologies.
