The role involves engagement with diverse segments of building materials- Ready Mix concrete, Construction Chemicals, AAC Blocks, Steel (C&amp;B) on both supply and demand side of the business spectrum.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications<br /> &bull; Must be BE/Diploma Civil Engineering from an Institute of repute.<br /> &bull; Must be a &quot;Self-Starter&quot; and have an appetite for taking up entrepreneurial role in a New Age B2B Tech enabled organization.<br /> &bull; Must have Strong negotiation and communication skills.<br /> &bull; Experience in the Infrastructure and Construction Industry will be preferred.<br /> &bull; Must have a working knowledge of basic business finance- P&amp;L, Cashflow Management.<br /> &bull; Must have the ability to analyse market trends and have the mindset of sniffing at opportunities and taking a lead in converting into business.<br /> &bull; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br /> &bull; Previous experience in &quot;On Field Sales&quot; of building materials would be an added advantage.</div>
