ECommerce Head - Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Head to lead our e-commerce initiatives in Kushals Retail Pvt Ltd. Role Purpose: As E Commerce Head you will be responsible for developing and executing our e-commerce strategy, driving sales and revenue growth. Responsible for the sales target number on the online channel. Objective: 1. Online Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and overall revenue through the online channel. 2. Brand Visibility: Enhance brand visibility and reach through digital marketing efforts. 3. Improve Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer journey and user experience. 4. Operational Efficiency: Streamline e-commerce operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Responsibilities: E-commerce Strategy Development: ● Formulate a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and brand positioning. ● Develop the ecommerce and online platform to achieve OMNI channel presence of the brand Kushal’s ● Develop actionable plans to execute the strategy, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales campaigns ● Identify and capitalize on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to maximize sales opportunities. ● Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and develop strategies to meet or exceed them. Digital Marketing: ● Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, customer acquisition and increase online sales. ● Utilize various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization, to promote the brand. Website and App Development: ● Collaborate with the product team for design, functionality, and user experience of the e-commerce platforms. ● Work with the IT and web development teams to optimize site performance, including mobile responsiveness and page load times. Customer Experience: ● Focus on enhancing the overall customer journey and experience on the e-commerce platform. ● Establish and maintain high standards for customer service, ensuring timely and helpful responses to inquiries and concerns. ● Implement systems to collect customer feedback and reviews to understand pain points and areas for improvement. Merchandise Management: ● Collaborate with the product team to curate a compelling and diverse online product catalog. ● Implement strategies for merchandising, including product categorization and recommendations. Improving Operational Efficiency: ● Streamline the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers. ● Identify and implement automation opportunities within the e-commerce platform, such as automated email responses, chatbots, and order processing. ● Develop strong relationships with third-party e-commerce partners, including payment processors, shipping providers, and marketplace platforms to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient processes. Data Analysis and Reporting: ● Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs). ● Generate regular reports and insights to assess the success of e-commerce initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Budget Management: ● Manage the e-commerce budget effectively, ensuring a positive return on investment. ● Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed. Competitor Analysis: ● Stay informed about industry trends and monitor competitor activities. ● Implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Candidate Profile: ● Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. ● Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector. ● Proven track record of success in driving online sales and revenue growth. Preferably in e-commerce of fashion products. ● Experience implementing personalization strategies and omni-channel approaches to enhance the online presence of a brand. ● Proficient in website management, and e-commerce technologies. ● Experience in managing budgets for e-commerce initiatives with resultant ROI. ● Experience working with payment processors, shipping providers, and marketplace platforms. ● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, website development, app development, search engine optimization (SEO), and online marketing tools and techniques. Technical Proficiencies: ● Proficient in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience. ● Proficient with CMS platforms to efficiently update and manage website content ● Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to gather and analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make informed decisions. ● Familiarity in automation tools and technologies (e.g., marketing automation, chatbots) Achievements: ● Track record of achieving and
