Vice President- Growth – D2C Channel Think9 is a brand co-creation platform that transforms powerful ideas into authentic, profitable, and experience-led brands that can define the future of brands in key consumption categories. Think9 now has 11 brands that are active and these are available across its own D2C channel, ecomm platforms and general and modern trade channels. Think9’s home businesses include the digital business of the HomeTown chain and Smartsters. HomeTown offers a wide range of curated furniture products that are available across more than 30 stores, ecomm marketplaces and own D2C channel. Smartsters is a labour of love, created by parents who understand first-hand the limitations of indoor spaces. Home is where our kids live, sleep, grow, play, study, dream and build their most significant bonds. It is the immediate environment that shapes their emotional, physical, social and cognitive development. At Smartsters we recognized that when designed thoughtfully indoor spaces at home can aid children's development and growth. We asked ourselves why indoor spaces are not better designed to bring alive the spirit of childhood. The incumbent will be responsible for the D2C Growth and Marketing function of the home businesses, along with mentoring and supporting the growth teams of a few other brands. The role is based in Mumbai. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Create & deliver ambitious growth plans for the home brand's D2C platforms and take onus of D2C business delivery. Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook, Google etc, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic. Oversee operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives. Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions. Own site optimisation and A/B testing to deliver conversion growth. Drive product content and user-generated content optimisation. Responsible for customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategy for scaling up revenue. Plan and deliver on retention targets within time and budget with focus on key channels such as Email, SMS & Push Notifications. Work closely with digital agencies to increase conversions, cross-sell, drive platform specific influencer activities, and focus on upselling to increase the customer engagement via multiple digital channels. Product listing, maintain price parity, analysing customer performance and take actions towards improvisation.<br /> WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM: 7-10 years business and / or marketing experience in relevant start-up and e-commerce organizations handling a large brand or 2/3 independent brands. Experience working for multiple brands at a time Strong experience using performance marketing to drive traffic growth and brand awareness Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels. Experience in managing digital first brands both from width & depth point of view Strength working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment Experience in creating end to end online customer journey WHY WORK WITH US: You will be part of our founding team and get your hands dirty in the 0-1 stage of building a D2C brand.
