About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Head to lead our B2B Sales & Marketing function for Nuflower’s Nut Butter Division.
This leadership role involves building business strategy, driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and expanding our presence across GCC, Europe, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead B2B sales and marketing efforts, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
- Own the P&L — ensuring profitability and efficient resource utilization.
- Drive business development in private label and export markets.
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Operations for smooth project execution.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and category innovations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in food, nutraceutical, or allied sectors
- Proven experience in B2B / private label business development and export management.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership ability, and strategic thinking.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability.
