JD: -

·       Lead a large team comprising of Cluster heads and BDMs

·       Identify and Manage Key CPs on a one-on-one basis

·       Understand market competitive dynamics and devise winning strategies for the Company

·       Design CP engagement plans to ensure strong channel support for the entire life cycle of the project

·       Drive the team to achieve the periodic targets as set out by the Company 

 

Candidate skills: -

·       Minimum graduate with first class across academic career. MBA from a reputed school will be an added advantage 

·       Minimum 15 years of experience with atleast 3 years of leading a Sourcing Team in in Mumbai City

·       Candidate should demonstrate team leading skills

·       Candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of RE Marketing and Lead Gen processes 

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must

·       Ability to achieve targets and work in a target oriented work culture is important

·       Pre-existing CP relationships in South and Central Mumbai are a must
