Job Summary
The Zonal Head – ETF Sales will be responsible for leading the sales and distribution of Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) products within the designated zone. This role plays a crucial part in driving the growth of ETF adoption by building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and distribution of ETF products across the assigned zone.
- Build and deepen relationships with distributors, wealth platforms, institutions, and key channel partners.
- Lead initiatives for ETF mobilization and market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to enhance ETF adoption.
- Act as an individual contributor with direct ownership of business outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in Asset Management, ETF Sales, or Distribution.
- Strong understanding of ETF products and passive investment strategies.
- Ideally situated one or two levels below the Head of ETF Sales within a Mutual Fund organization.
- Proven track record of driving ETF sales and distributor engagement.
- Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitive landscape assessment.
Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in related fields with a focus on ETF sales and distribution.

Salary
- Estimated compensation of ₹40 – 60 LPA (Gross).
