Job Summary

The Zonal Head – ETF Sales will be responsible for leading the sales and distribution of Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) products within the designated zone. This role plays a crucial part in driving the growth of ETF adoption by building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and distribution of ETF products across the assigned zone.
• Build and deepen relationships with distributors, wealth platforms, institutions, and key channel partners.
• Lead initiatives for ETF mobilization and market penetration.
• Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to enhance ETF adoption.
• Act as an individual contributor with direct ownership of business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Asset Management, ETF Sales, or Distribution.
• Strong understanding of ETF products and passive investment strategies.
• Ideally situated one or two levels below the Head of ETF Sales within a Mutual Fund organization.
• Proven track record of driving ETF sales and distributor engagement.
• Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

Salary

• Estimated compensation of ₹40 – 60 LPA (Gross).
