Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand & Marketing leader at the VP/SVP level to spearhead the organization’s brand vision and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving a group-level brand transformation, including brand repositioning, identity development, and enhancing market perception. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to strengthening the company's brand presence and aligning marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end brand management across the organization, ensuring consistency and strong market positioning.
• Play a key role in the group-level rebranding initiative, including brand strategy, identity development, and execution.
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Oversee PR and corporate communications, managing media relations and brand reputation.
• Manage creative strategy, content development, and storytelling aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals.
• Supervise agencies and vendors for creative, media, and PR deliverables.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize campaigns for effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications

• 12 – 18+ years of experience in Brand & Marketing, preferably within the financial services / broking / wealth / BFSI sector.
• Proven experience in brand building and large-scale brand transformation initiatives.
• Strong exposure to PR, corporate communications, and media management.
• Expertise in managing creative development, content strategy, and integrated campaigns.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling group-level or multi-brand architecture.
• Strong understanding of evolving consumer behavior and digital marketing trends.
• Prior experience in high-growth or transformation-driven organizations.

Experience

• 12 to 18+ years of relevant experience in Brand & Marketing roles.
• Experience in financial services, broking, wealth management, or BFSI sector is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale brand initiatives and transformation projects.
