Support & Operations Role
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Respond to user queries via our support email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Manage and update internal documentation using Google Sheets & Google Docs.
Utilize ChatGPT and AI tools effectively to optimize workflows and improve response efficiency.
Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance the platform and support processes.
Work closely with the team to analyze and refine workflows, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Provide insights and feedback on user concerns, trends, and recurring issues.
Ensure overlap during US morning hours for real-time support and collaboration.

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience in customer support or operations in a tech-driven environment is a plus.
