<meta charset="utf-8" /> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-862db7c4-7fff-4285-3ec0-01d6471354ac">Chief Financial Officer &ndash; NBFC/BFSI (15-25 yrs)&nbsp;</b></p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-862db7c4-7fff-4285-3ec0-01d6471354ac">CFO - NBFC/BFSI<br /> <br /> - The chief financial officer (CFO) will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial business strategy. As a member of the senior leadership team, CFO will be an advisor to CEO and other Functional Heads, evaluating and assisting them with their financial plans and economic modelling.<br /> <br /> - S/he will be responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, in conjunction with the CEO.<br /> <br /> - S/he will be the main convener of Audit Committee of the Board. Under his/her leadership the entire treasury, accounting, and day to day cash management will report in him.<br /> <br /> - External statutory audit function will be the responsibility of the CFO.<br /> <br /> Responsibility:<br /> <br /> Strategy:<br /> <br /> - Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and long-term business strategy. Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and execution plans.<br /> <br /> - Strategic planning, budgeting and reporting - ensure preparation of strategic plans, budgets and forecasts, ensure financial viabilities of business transactions, and ensure robust management information systems are in place.<br /> <br /> - Engage the audit, and investment committees around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model(s) and operational delivery.<br /> <br /> Investor Relations and Equity Fund Raising:<br /> <br /> - Equity Fund Raising: Spearheading the fund raising efforts, good relationship with global/domestic Private Equity funds.<br /> <br /> - Representing company to Institutional Investors, PE firms, Mutual Funds, Banks, FI, FIIs, Rating Agencies, Debenture Trustees, Registrars, Brokers/intermediaries to ensure that the adequate credit limits are available and development of extensive relationships.<br /> <br /> Mergers &amp; Acquisition:<br /> <br /> - Responsible for planning and supporting integration and acquisitions. This role will be key in incorporating best practices and lessons learned into transactions on a real time basis, across the Company&#39;s Services portfolio.<br /> <br /> - Support transaction teams throughout the due diligence, integration, and/or implementation phases of acquisitions, investments and/or partnerships, working closely with Senior Management.<br /> <br /> - Support the development of executive-level analysis, briefings, &amp; reports for and to senior leadership<br /> <br /> Financial Management and control:<br /> <br /> - Managing all finance and accounting operations<br /> <br /> - Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances<br /> <br /> - Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements<br /> <br /> - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.<br /> <br /> - Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings.<br /> <br /> - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.<br /> <br /> Qualification And Experience:<br /> <br /> 1. CA or MBA (Finance) with Minimum 15 years related experience in the financial services or in the finance function of reputed companies in India or abroad. NBFC experiences an advantage.<br /> <br /> 2. Demonstrated ability / track record of managing relationships with banks and resource mobilization.<br /> <br /> Competencies &amp; Skills:<br /> <br /> i. Ability and proven track record to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders involved, including at very senior levels such as the Board of Directors.<br /> <br /> v. Ability to interact comfortably at all levels in the organization.<br /> <br /> vi. Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English<br /> <br /> vii. An energetic go-getter, motivator and creative individual with high work ethics<br /> <br /> viii. Ability to see the big picture and help in implementing the company&#39;s strategy as a team player.<br /> <br /> ix. Proven ability to manage multiple projects/issues and stay focused.<br /> <br /> x. Target-driven, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility.<br /> <br /> xi. Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.<br /> <br /> Remuneration :</b><br /> &nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-862db7c4-7fff-4285-3ec0-01d6471354ac">INR 65 Lacs to 75 Lacs (Fixed) + 20% Variable + ESOPs</b></p>
