Person should be able to work on several projects at a time. o Support low &amp; medium complex innovation technologies with innovative claims o Efficient study design to use optimal resources. o Support the demo creation to prove superiority in the market for all the ongoing projects. o Should lead the system hygiene, protocol adherence, data storage, retrieval and maintain top notch global level data quality in product testing. o Support to manage the study budget for the group. &bull; Novel Technology/Capability Development: o Value management ideas for claims &amp; communication. o Identifying new claims &amp; test methods for all relevant categories o Expand the testing footprints CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENT o Lead benchmarking. &bull; Workflow know how: Team centre, Ancol, Stability tests, Microbiology, PSAT (Product Safety Approval Tool), registration process. &bull; Organisation Task: o Participation in lab management topics (Safety, RM, hygiene, Waste management). o Ensure Clarity sanity and Teamcenter archival. o Audit every year along with global teams. &bull; Co-ordination &amp; Exchange: o Lead and participate internal R&amp;D working groups and technical exchange groups. o Lead connection with external testing agencies and innovation groups. &bull; Category Business Knowledge &amp; Consumer Insights o Business Knowledge. o Financial Understanding. o Product Concept knowledge. o Consumer Insight. o Country Category SWOT analysis</div>
