The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Wealth Management is a strategic role focused on aligning human resources functions with the overall objectives of the wealth management division. • 10+ years of experience in HRBP roles specifically within the wealth management sector.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-centric environment.
