Job Summary

The Senior Fullstack Engineer will lead the development of core B2B and B2C platforms, focusing on system architecture and backend design. This role is essential for driving development workflows, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with the CTO and product team to ensure best practices are followed in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of core B2B and B2C platforms.
• Own the system architecture and backend design.
• Collaborate effectively with the CTO and product team to align development with business objectives.
• Set up development workflows that optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Mentor team members, promoting best practices in coding and project management.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6 years in fullstack or backend-heavy roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong command of Node.js for backend development.
  • Proficiency in React.js for frontend interfaces.
  • Expertise in PostgreSQL for database management.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployments (preferably AWS or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in early-stage/startup environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience in user experience (UX) design principles would be beneficial.

Experience

• A minimum of 4–6 years in relevant roles, with a focus on fullstack or backend technologies.
