Job Description

<div>Responsibilities:</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>● Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of digital campaigns to drive awareness and demand ● Responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of digital campaigns across all the digital platforms ● Budget planning &amp; ensuring the budget is wisely allocated across different marketing channels to achieve maximum ROI ● Design campaign strategies and optimise on a day-to-day level to ensure the right volume and efficiency ● Coordinate with agencies and work with the design team for seamless handoff of creatives to support the performance marketing effort ● Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas ● Consistently monitor campaign performance and results, and sharing these results with the creative and strategic teams along with recommendations to further optimise content ● Work closely with the product team to iterate on the messaging and value props based on customer feedback ● Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Preferred Candidate:</div> <div>● A strong background and 6+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing with some exposure to the travel/ tourism space ● Proven experience owning and executing a digital strategy, tracking performance, and achieving high impact results ● Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices ● Should be analytically strong and a strategic thinker ● High levels of energy</div>
