Conduct factory visits and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Mitigate supply chain risks by identifying and developing alternative supply chains and sourcing solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and develop new partnerships as needed.
Establish and track supplier performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for delivery, quality, and cost.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Electronics,) or a related technical field.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, purchasing, with a strong technical background in a specific commodity (e.g., electronics, plastics, metal parts).
