Job Summary
As our Founding Technical Support Engineer, you will work directly with customers to solve real technical issues. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly impacts customer happiness and product quality. You will be integral in building our support system from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- First Week:
- Learn the product, customer workflows, and current support setup.
- Start handling simple support queries.
- First Month:
- Serve as the main technical contact for customer issues.
- Respond to all support tickets within 30 minutes.
- Resolve most issues within 2 hours.
- Own support across Slack, email, chat, and phone.
- Debug and troubleshoot platform problems.
- Improve internal and customer-facing documentation.
- 3 Months & Beyond:
- Build scalable support systems and workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and guides.
- Monitor system performance and proactively flag issues.
- Manage relationships in the developer community.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Background in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Fast learner with a bias for action.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with developer tools, security/code quality platforms, or cloud/AI products.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in technical support or a similar capacity.
