Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Technical Consultant/Developer to support our IT team in delivering scalable, enterprise-level SaaS solutions. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement enhancements related to the NetSuite platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom NetSuite scripts (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.1) and workflows.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, document, and develop solutions across NetSuite and other integrated SaaS platforms.
• Customize forms, fields, records, dashboards, and saved searches in NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the NetSuite platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data flows, and process maps.
• Participate in full-cycle implementation projects: configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Support change management and release processes for NetSuite and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with security and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards across all financial systems.

Qualifications

• Strong functional understanding of NetSuite modules.
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience developing in the NetSuite platform.
• Proficient in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteCloud.
• Experience with SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and Dashboards.
• Proven expertise in integrating SaaS platforms via REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Skilled in documenting and mapping business processes and system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field, along with equivalent practical experience.
• Must have completed 10+ NetSuite technical implementation projects end-to-end.
• Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices with systems handling sensitive data.
• Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role.

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP, including development, customization, system configuration, third-party integrations, and data migration activities.
